This page includes information relating to delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds for purchases made on herocosmetics.com.au.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 2-9 working days for standard delivery via Australia Post eParcel.
Express delivery: Please allow 2-4 working days for express delivery via Express Post.
Please note: Orders received before midnight will be dispatched the following business day.
Express Delivery orders are delivered 1 business day after dispatch date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and 3 business days after dispatch date to all other locations. Check if your suburb is within the Express Post network.
We do not offer change of mind refunds.
Church & Dwight makes no guarantee around delivery times. However, if you have any questions or queries about the delivery, or non-delivery of products, please contact Church & Dwight customer service.
Shipping rates are specified on the website during the checkout process.
Should a product be unavailable in our warehouse, it will be listed out of stock on the website.
We honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law and offer a full replacement for manufacturing defects and/or damage occurred during transport to your mailing address. Limitations to our manufacturer’s warranties are specified on the product and subject to change at any time.

How to submit your refund/exchange request
For returns and exchanges email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details and the reason for your refund/replacement.
Return your product and proof of purchase to:

Once we have successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund or replacement from us. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days of product receipt. If you have requested an exchange this will be managed within the same timeframe as the refund process.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method ie the original card used for the purchase. No cash or PayPal refunds are available. When returning items, please send by a method that can be tracked since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice/packing slip must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
